Reasoning Health Issues, Kabul Traffic to Ban Old Vehicles

The commute of all those cars which emit more fog than normal will be banned in Kabul city, the Kabul Traffic Police directorate said in a statement.

In the official statement, the drivers of such vehicles are instructed to repair their cars so that not be confiscated by the police in the city.

According to the statement, the decision was taken out of health and environmental issues.

Kabul is one of the most polluted cities in the region which has created difficult and unhealthy life situation for its nearly six million residents.
