Last Four Months; Iran Delivers USD 44.5M Worth of Goods to Afghanistan

USD 44.5 million worth of goods have been exported to Afghanistan by Iran in the last four months of the current solar year, local authorities in Iran said.

According to the officials, 150 thousand and 126 metric tons of the goods have been delivered to Afghanistan through Dowqarun port of Iran.

Foodstuff, constructional material and oil are the major exports from Iran to Afghanistan.

Not only exports but goods also include transit ones to Afghanistan that reaches 170 thousand and 829 metric tons worth 596.2 million US dollars.

Iran is currently the biggest business partner of Afghanistan in the region.
