Islamic Emirate to Build Two Electricity Dams

The economic commission of the Islamic Emirate led by Deputy Prime Minister Abdul Ghani Baradar has announced that two hydroelectric dams are to be built in Sar-e-Pol and Urozgan provinces.
In the regular meeting of the commission, relevant administrations were instructed to present the dams’ procedure to the next regular meeting.
The National Development Corporation to build the two dams.
The two dams named Sultan Ibrahim and Agha Jan are to be built in Sar-e-Pol and Urozgan provinces but details of their capacities have not been disclosed yet.
