The education ministry of the Islamic Emirate reacted to images gone viral on social media indicating that the ministry has brought changes in the current curriculum of schools.

The ministry in a statement, titled the images as propaganda against them and baseless claims.

The photos gone viral on social media indicate pictures of the acting minister of defense, Muhammad Yaqoob Mujahid, and deputy prime minister and head of the economic commission, Mullah Abdul Ghani Bardar.

Earlier, Zabiullah Mujahid spokesperson of the IEA, denied the claims to Afghanistan Eye and added that the leadership is against any photos and the changes in curriculum are not valid.

The Taliban has a past experience of changing the curriculum of schools and making them religion oriented but after their power regain, the IEA has not made any changes to the curriculum of schools and universities yet.
