Afghan Girls Out of University Entrance Exam

The Ministry of higher education of the Islamic Emirate has started giving examinations for entrance to universities across the country excluding girls from the national process.

The only-boys process started in eleven out of 34 provinces of the country.

The National Examination Authority of Afghanistan that is proceeding with the process said, the authority has no decision-making power about the participants of the examination.

The authority in a statement said it is up to the Ministry of higher education to decide who to take the exam.

The Ministry of higher education has not commented on the decision yet.
